Our Chef and Owner, Juan Palacios, has been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. He is the workhorse of the kitchen and brings senior experience to our small but powerful kitchen. Juan takes pride in being able to serve 7 days a week and we take pride in being able to serve alongside him!
